Not at all! Most people come solo and leave with new friends. The shared bungalows are perfect for meeting people, but you can also book a private room if you prefer your own space.
El Salvador’s main international airport is San Salvador (SAL)
Option 1: Direct Airport Pickup Fly into San Salvador International Airport (SAL) and catch our shuttle on Feb 8. The last shuttle leaves at 1PM, so make sure your flight lands with enough time to clear customs and grab your bags!
Option 2: Spend the Night in San Salvador (Recommended!) Land the night before (Feb 7th) and explore the capital – Chris and I loved it! We stayed at Cardedeu Centro Histórico right in the city center with an incredible rooftop for sunset drinks. Then you can relax, get on local time, and catch the shuttle on Feb 8th stress-free.

All levels welcome! Workouts will have modifications, and you go at your own pace. This is about moving your body, not destroying yourself.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit: $500 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another person or future retreat.
Full Payment Cancellations:
- 60+ days before retreat (before Dec 15): 50% refund of total cost (minus deposit)
- 30-59 days before retreat (Dec 15-Jan 14): 25% refund of total cost (minus deposit)
- Less than 30 days before retreat (after Jan 14): No refund
Instead of a refund, you can:
- Transfer your spot to someone else (just let us know!)
- Apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat

We’ll be in a small, sleepy beach town that’s mostly tourists and locals who work in tourism. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other and you feel immediately welcome. Chris and I felt completely safe exploring – it’s very laid-back and chill.
Like anywhere you travel, use common sense – don’t flash expensive jewelry, stay aware of your surroundings – but honestly, this spot feels more relaxed than most beach towns. You’ll see surfers, yoga retreats, and travelers from all over the world.
Our local team knows the area inside and out, and you’re in good hands!
That said, we always recommend travel insurance and registering with your embassy’s travel program before any international trip.
