- Heat skillet over medium-high.
- Add turkey and sweet potato to warm through.
- Add eggs and spinach and scramble everything together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice. (I love Momofuku Savory Seasoning or Frank's Red Hot.)
